Our Music Internship Program is a career development initiative designed to help aspiring music professionals (18+) gain hands-on industry experience. The program is asynchronous and can be completed remotely, with staff available for live support whenever needed.
Fueled by sponsorships and our commuinty, this program supports rising producers by purchasing and promoting their work in our beat drops. Each beat we acquire becomes a new opportunity for interns to build industry-relevant skills and contribute to our evolving catalog of sounds.
What Do You Gain?
As an unpaid participant, you’ll develop practical skills in A&R listening, music curation, creative analysis, and collaborative communication by reviewing unreleased beats and submitting structured feedback that shapes our catalog and creative direction. Upon completing 20 verified feedback submissions, participants earn a Letter of Recommendation, gain lifetime access to our private network for continued career growth, and receive 50% off any one masterclass.
How To Start?
To get started, complete the application below. Only 50 applications are accepted at a time. From each group, five applicants are selected to join the program; the remaining candidates are placed on a waitlist in the order received.
When a new slot opens, the first applicant on the waitlist will be contacted and has five business days to accept before the spot moves to the next person. A new application window will open once all waitlisted applicants have been processed.
Accepted interns will receive an email invitation to schedule a virtual onboarding meeting where we’ll walk through the process and grant portal access for submitting feedback and tracking progress.
Interns are expected to submit feedback on at least one track every three days to remain active in the program. Those removed for inactivity may reapply and, if accepted again, resume where they left off.
When no tracks are currently available, participants remain in good standing. However, once new music is released, interns have three business days to respond before being removed from the active cohort.
The availability of new unreleased music may vary based on sponsor support, subscriber growth, and in-house production schedules.
